OAHU, HAWAII
After a year of quarantining, my friends and I began to get some wanderlust, we weren’t sure where we wanted to go, but we knew we needed a change of scenery. With Hawaii being a domestic destination for us, and the abundance of precautions the state was taking, we knew Hawaii would be a good and safe choice for a first trip after the pandemic. Plus, it was always been a place on my bucket list. So, we booked the trip to O’ahu, put in our PTO requests, hopped on the plane, and went on our way. From the welcoming aloha to the clear blue water, it was easy to quickly fall in love with the island.
things to see
things to do
things to eat
start here, end there
*Traffic on the island can get intense during rush hour. I suggest splitting days on the island by island regions to minimize driving. (ex: visit all places on the north shore one day, all places on the south shore, another; etc.)
